TERMS

  • Upon the approved quote, a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to proceed. The remaining 50% is invoiced prior to shipping/delivery.

    If the client chooses to cancel the 50% deposit will serve as a cancellation fee.

    All quotations are valid for a period of 30 days.

  • Tabitha Hope cannot be held responsible for any delays, lost or damaged items once your order has been dispatched. All domestic orders will be carefully packed and shipped using Australia Post. Upon receiving receipt of final payment your order will be shipped and a tracking number provided.

    International orders are welcome, and will be calculated on a case by case basis.

  • Tabitha Hope accepts no responsibility for any errors made, including but not limited to spelling mistakes or incorrect information on any order that has been approved for print.

    Before proceeding with production a final approval email from the client will be required. This approval will indicate the art is ready to go into production.

    Please take your time to review and read all the details carefully. Any changes made after final approval may result in an additional fee.

    If an error is discovered upon receiving your order please contact immediately. We can discuss options, however fees will be at the cost of the client as mentioned above.

  • All artworks and images are owned by Tabitha Hope and she maintains full legal ownership of the artwork.

    Under no circumstances does Tabitha Hope give permission for her artworks to be repurposed or reproduced within any print or digital media, resold or otherwise used for personal or commercial gain.

  • Tabitha Hope reserves the right to publish and/or post any of her work to her website and social media platforms.

    No private information will be shared including address details. Please note that images will not be posted until after the date of the event.

FAQs FOR FIBRE ART

Shipping

All domestic orders will be carefully packed and shipped using Australia Post. International orders are welcome, and will be calculated on a case by case basis. Please email to enquire about international deliveries.

Shipping is calculated by weight and will be added at checkout.

Can I arrange local pickup?

Sure can. My studio is in Paddington, Sydney NSW. If you would like to pick up the item select that at checkout and we can arrange a time.

What yarn do you use?

At present, I am using a range of yarns. For rugs, I use 100% NZ wool. For wall hangings, mirrors, pots and vases I use a mix of Wool, Acrylic and Cotton depending on colours available to me.

Mirror backings

All my mirrors are back with MDF board and have a hook ready to go. You can lean it against the wall or hang it up - the choice is yours.

Returns

All my work is custom and made to order therefore non-refundable after purchase.

If an item arrives damaged please let me know within 30 days of arrival. I don’t cover damages by the customer but always happy to give advice on how we could fix it.
